Mr. Johnson started Stillwater Septic in 1997 with just one service truck and a strong passion for success, and now serves the community with an impressive fleet of tankers, service trucks and four hydro water jets. In addition to outstanding residential work, Stillwater Septic also has also serviced restaurants, shopping malls, office buildings, sewer plants and pump station cleaners. Mr. Troy Johnson is the founder and currently holds the position of President of Stillwater Septic Service, Sewer & Drain Cleaner, Inc. Mr. Johnson has held this position for just over twenty years, and has been instrumental in the growth and development of the company. Mr. Johnson boasts a plethora of skills and industry training including WSSC Certification, Consent Decree Certification through the Baltimore City Department of Public Works, Storm Water Management Certification, he holds a Class F - Liquid Waste Hauler license through the state of Delaware,
he is proficient at account maintenance, budget maintenance and analysis, and he is also a highly skilled project manager to name a few. In addition, Mr. Johnson has has mentored and developed several individuals who desired to pursue a successful career in the septic service and waste management industry.
The attributes which Mr. Johnson believes are critical to his success are his strong leadership skills, his innate ability to control and manage projects from beginning to end with logical planning steps, and his tenacious competitive edge which has driven him to grow Stillwater Septic Service, Sewer & Drain Cleaner, Inc. to become one of the premier septic service companies in the northeast region. His 30 plus years of experience in the septic service industry have allowed him to develop a keen sense of how to approach each project, and he prides himself on his ability to transfer these skills to his employees. "I believe that the success of our company is built upon a company culture of teamwork and accountability; each employee is responsible for ensuring that their task is executed to perfection, then checked off by their peer.
